Richard Ballo President
Richard Ballo is the President of the M.C. Johnson Co. Mr. Ballo started promoting the Cath-Secure line of products for the Company at medical and nursing trade shows across the United States in the 1980s. In 1993 he became a partner and a member of the Board of Directors of MCJ.
Mr. Ballo has worked in blood diagnostic laboratories, has been a computer operator and technical writer in financial and manufacturing firms, and has been a freelance writer. He is an author and national speaker in the areas of grief and healing.
Mr. Ballo holds a Baccalaureate of Science degree in Journalism with a Technical Communication minor from Suffolk University in Boston and a technical Diploma in Computer Programming and Operations from Control Data Institute. He has extensive studies in the Environmental Sciences and over 25 years experience in the residential remodeling and property rental business. He has served on several nonprofit Boards and currently serves as the 2008-2009 President of the Kiwanis Club of Northside Naples, and since 2005 sits on the Board of Avow Hospice of Naples as well as serving on their Physicians’ Advisory Board and Program Committee member.
Matthew LeLievre
Vice President
Matthew LeLievre is the Vice President of M. C. Johnson Co. He joined the M.C. Johnson Company in 2006. Mr. LeLievre is responsible for all aspects of day to day operations, customer satisfaction, product development as well as process and procedural improvement for all company projects and their affiliated staff. Mr. LeLievre holds multiple technical certifications as well as a certified external auditor; he is currently working towards his MBA and Six Sigma certification. He attained local recognition from the United Way of Lee County by raising funds to help with Hurricane Charley victims and has been working with Habitat for Humanity for over 4 years. Mr. LeLievre holds a bachelor's degree within the College of Business in Management Information Systems from Florida Gulf Coast University
Susan Miller Treasurer
Sue LeBlanc-Miller is the Treasurer. Mrs. Miller started with the Company in the early 1980s and trained under founder Melissa Johnson. She oversaw the relocation of the company to Florida. Susan has done it all. Currently, Sue is responsible for all tax, financial and budget planning, while overseeing our organization and maintaining all vendor and customer relationships. She exemplifies the spirit, dedication, and love we put into every one of our products and customer relationships.
